New Features

Tenancy Specific Variables |
Allow a tenancy to define and use custom values which can be used across the whole tenancy. This is particularly valuable when sharing your forms or Projects across multiple tenancies.
This data is loaded into the Form.data object in a form much the same way as MyUserData. |

Entity Version History | When setting a Form, Document Template or Project Template live we record the changes made in the Entity Version History which will allow a user to view changes to these entities over time. | |
Project Document Downloads | Allow a user to download a single document or all documents created in a project. | |
Project Archiving | Allows a user to archive a project they are no longer working on. |

Form save | Allow a user to start from where they last saved when logging back in. |
Password history | Can no longer re-use previous passwords |
Password admin | When creating an admin account a user can set the username to anything they like, previously the default was admin and this could not be modified |
Records and Apps | A user can now run a record generated from a form or app through another app |
Feedback export | Include additional data collected from the feedback form |
Platform UI | Updated the UI to address title cases and buttons to ensure consistency across the platform |
Dashboard Widgets | Admin filter applied to all dashboard widgets so that admin users can see data across the whole tenancy |
Automated test cases | We have extended the automated test cases |
Admin ACL filter | Allow all master admin users to search ALL Forms and Project templates across the tenancy without having to share to the master admin. |
