How to clear a field value on a form using the rules builder

To clear or de-select a ‘yes/no‘ or ‘radio button‘ control in the Rules Builder, select Set Value as the Action and then set the Value section to ‘clear‘ or ‘empty‘ or leave the field blank. When the rule runs it will clear any selection of the yes/no control or radio button control.

To clear a text field or a number field, set the value to blank, i.e. leave the Value section blank. This will clear the field when the rule runs.
