General improvements to the ASIC Services

  • Update ASICStatus_scr when validation fails
  • Add username in the error email
  • send_email, error_eml should be able to split by ";" and all in one email

Feature Description of the Fix
Project Templates > Set as Live Resolve an issue where if a user doesn't set a template as live through Set as Live modal it cant be set as live through the Template Edit screen. 
Projects > Audit log Resolved an issue when a user wants to view the changes by a use from the Project Audit table the JSON viewer component just spins and doesn't load. 
Records > JSON Resolved an issue when a user wants to view the record JSON the JSON viewer component just spins and doesn't load. 
Records > Folders Resolve an issue where a form is trying to save a submission record to a folder that was previously deleted.
Forms > Anonymous Resolves an issue where anonymous forms are accessing forms which are anonymous. provides user with the correct messaging.  
DataSource Resolve an issue where previously deleted records are still displaying Record Matter data as an object in the DataSource Array. 
Form> Rules Resolved an issue where uploading new rules to replace existing rules was restricted by the modal.
